Dear Alianza NORCO Community,<\/p>\n

In 2017, Patricia Miller founded Alianza NORCO alongside a group of dedicated individuals committed to integration, justice, and empowerment for immigrants. From its humble beginnings as an all-volunteer organization meeting in coffeehouses and churches, Alianza NORCO has grown into a dynamic entity with a passionate staff, multiple locations, and strong community support.<\/p>\n

After seven years of visionary leadership, the time has come for Patricia (Miller) to pass the torch to her successor. Last week she warmly welcomed our new Executive Director, Patricia Alvarez Harrell. With over two decades of nonprofit leadership experience and a steadfast commitment to social justice, Patricia brings a wealth of knowledge, having dedicated her career to empowering marginalized communities and fostering leadership. Her track record of building community capacity and effecting positive change aligns seamlessly with the organization’s mission.<\/p>\n

We are thrilled to welcome Patricia Alvarez Harrell, and wish Patricia Miller success and happiness in her next chapter. Here are the two Patricia’s during the ED transition period!<\/p>\n

En 2017, Patricia Miller fund\u00f3 Alianza NORCO junto con un grupo de personas dedicadas y comprometidas con la integraci\u00f3n, la justicia y el empoderamiento de los inmigrantes. Desde sus humildes comienzos como una organizaci\u00f3n totalmente voluntaria que se reun\u00eda en caf\u00e9s e iglesias, Alianza NORCO se ha expandido hasta convertirse en una entidad din\u00e1mica con un personal apasionado, m\u00faltiples ubicaciones y un fuerte apoyo comunitario.<\/p>\n

Despu\u00e9s de siete a\u00f1os de liderazgo visionario, ha llegado el momento de que Patricia (Miller) pase la antorcha a su sucesora. La semana pasada dio una calurosa bienvenida a nuestra nueva Directora Ejecutiva, Patricia Alvarez Harrell. Con m\u00e1s de dos d\u00e9cadas de experiencia en liderazgo en organizaciones sin fines de lucro y un firme compromiso con la justicia social, Patricia aporta una gran riqueza de conocimientos, ya que dedic\u00f3 su carrera a empoderar a las comunidades marginadas y fomentar el liderazgo. Su trayectoria en el desarrollo de capacidades comunitarias y la realizaci\u00f3n de cambios positivos se alinea perfectamente con la misi\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
